How do I know when it is time to repaint my home or business exterior?
When your home’s exterior paint starts to fade is the best time to repaint. A typical paint job should last 5 to 10 years with many external contributing factors, varying the painting time frame. More advanced signs of needing to paint are small cracks, flaking paint, and peeling paint. If left untreated this could lead to more serious problems with your home’s painted exterior where wood could become damaged and then other more serious repairs will be needed. You can always consult a professional painter to evaluate your home’s exterior painting needs.
How do I select an interior paint color?
The answer to this questions could go on for pages, but we will try to keep it simple. The first thing to consider is lighting. A poorly lit room will appear brighter, bigger, and more open when painted a light paint color. Larger rooms can be made to feel a little more cozy when painted a darker paint color. Small rooms will have a more dramatic feel when painted darker colors. Paint colors really have a lot to do with the mood you want to evoke in a room as well as your personal style.
How do I choose the best paint sheen for my paint job?
Choosing a sheen is actually easier than choosing your paint color. Most interior rooms are going to be painted with a satin or eggshell finish. Eggshell is the safe middle ground between high gloss and matte. It creates a smooth finish that is also easy to clean. Smaller areas like doors, trim, and cabinets, can be painted in a high gloss or semi-gloss sheen. These areas are less likely to get dirty and look best with some gloss. Matte sheen is most often used for something like your ceiling. While painting with a matte sheen is easy, it’s not easy to clean, so it’s better to use on areas with less traffic.

Certainly! While you are at work or running errands, our crew will be busy prepping and painting your home. We are fully licensed and insured so there is nothing to worry about.
How long does a job take?
The length of a project varies. Most of the residential painting we do can be completed in less than a week, however we also have jobs which take upwards of two weeks. Commercial painting projects can take longer depending on the size of the building(s). Throughout the entire project, we make sure to keep you very informed of the timeline. If we think the project may take longer than expected, we let you know right away.
How do your prices compare to other contractors?
If you were to get eight bids, with 10 being the highest priced, we would fall somewhere between 3 and 5 depending on the area. We are able to compete due to amazing costs on paint due to bulk purchasing, low overhead, low labor costs and insurance.
How Long Does A Paint Quote Take?
